Most of our team is located in Vietnam, with two of us based in Mauritius. We work remotely and asynchronously, typically between GMT+2 and GMT+11.
Most SaaS projects and digital products take approximately 2–3 months to become launch-ready. Our approach starts with building an MVP focused on validating the most critical assumptions behind the business. This allows us to test demand, reduce risk, and get the product into users’ hands quickly before investing in additional features and scaling.
We know priorities can shift, especially when things move fast. If you’re on a fixed project, we’ll update the Scope of Work (SOW) to cover any changes. For retainer clients, we can usually roll these updates right into your existing subscription.
We work in Miro, Trello, and Slack. Everything is organized and easy to follow. You’ll get access to your own client space with all project details and a kanban-style task board. We’ll keep you updated regularly, hop on calls when needed, and can plug into your tools for an even smoother collaboration.

Usually 2-3 team members, including a manager. Relevant members are involved depending on the stage and requirements of the task at hand.
