A senior design team working part-time on your product.

- We can start within a week if a seat is available

- Pause for up to two months, or cancel with three weeks’ notice

A fixed price for a project with a clear scope.

- **High-fidelity & prototypes:** Production-ready screens and clickable prototypes, with every state and edge case annotated for your engineers.

## How we price a project

1. **We agree on the goal.** We start with what the project needs to achieve for your business, for example more completed signups or a site that supports a fundraise.
2. **We estimate what it’s worth.** We use your figures, such as volumes and margins, and show you the calculation.
3. **We give you three options.** Each option has a goal, a price and a timeline. Once you pick one, we write up the detailed scope.

## Common questions

**Which one should we choose?**

Choose a subscription if the work is ongoing and priorities are likely to change. Fractional suits one area of work, and Full-time suits two. Choose a project if you have one defined piece of work with a deadline.

**Can we move between Fractional and Full-time?**

Yes. Give us one week’s written notice and we’ll update your billing in the next cycle. Moving up to Full-time depends on us having the capacity.

**What happens if the scope or requirements change?**

On a project, we update the Scope of Work to cover the change. On a subscription, we can usually fit it into the current month.

**How soon can we start?**

We can start within a week if a seat is available.
